VDB Loi is proud to welcome Clint O’Connell as a partner
March 21, 2013VDB Loi is proud to announce the admission of Clint O’Connell as a partner in the firm. Clint has worked in tax law for over 10 years, holding positions with the New Zealand tax authorities, KPMG and PWC in Indochina. His most recent high profile transaction with VDB Loi is the merger of Axiata and Smart Mobile in Cambodia.
Clint graduated with a law degree from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand whilst working for the Inland Revenue Department. He commenced his private sector career with KPMG Auckland and also spent some time with KPMG in Vietnam. More recently Clint has spent the last four and half years working in South East Asia predominately with PwC and as a founding staff member of VDB Loi.
