Mr. Sivila Khim has been promoted to the position of Partner

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Sivila Khim has been promoted to the position of Partner in the Cambodia office.

Sivila is an ACCA-qualified adviser and expert in Cambodian taxation with over 10 years of experience. He leads and advises on tax structuring and tax disputes, and conducts tax due diligence for clients across a range of industry sectors, including financial services, telecommunications, real estate, and garment manufacturing. Sivila has been a valued member of the firm since 2012.
