Additional funding for telecom sector

VDB Loi’s Telecoms Team is acting on behalf of a consortium of lenders for the second round of financing of a telecom infrastructure company. VDB Loi will assist the client on restructuring of existing security package and provide legal opinion required on the enforceability, capacity and validity of the documents under Myanmar laws.

VDB Loi team will be led by Senior Partner Edwin Vanderbruggen, Team Leader Jeffery Martin and legal associates from our Yangon office.
