VDB Loi Advises Ever Flow River Group On Its Listing On The Yangon Stock Exchange

Ever Flow River Group (“EFR“) is a fully integrated total logistics service provider. In order to be a contributor to the Myanmar economy, EFR intends to invest and develop the national logistics infrastructure in the new era, thus, keeping in line with the economic boom that Myanmar is experiencing. EFR comprises seven subsidiaries, one affiliate, and two project companies, which are operating successfully under the management of EFR Group of Companies Public Co., Ltd. as five divisions in diverse industries and employing over 600 employees.

The listing was initially scheduled to take place in March 2020 but was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the group of companies successfully listed on the Yangon Stock Exchange on 28 May 2020. VDB Loi acted as one of the advisers for the listing, advising on the corporate parts of the disclosure document. EFR is now the sixth local company to be listed.
