VDB Loi Provides Pandemic Ready Cloud Based HR Solution System to Financial Sector Giants

Our Human Capital Management team is assisting two of the biggest banks and financial organizations in Myanmar with HR digitization during the current situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. As one of these banks went live successfully in October 2019, the other bank is eager to follow suit and go digital as well; implementation is ongoing at present and is planned to be completed, with the bank set to go live later this year.

Our one cloud platform supports each phase of the employee life cycle. It caters well for the market, as it allows HR tasks to be carried out online seamlessly. Face recognition and GPS check-in on employees’ cellphones are also available, which cuts out the need for physical contact through biometric devices in the office. In addition, GPS check-in and attendance taking via Microsoft Teams also provides more flexibility when companies implement work-from-home policies.
