Jirasak Latada

Jirasak has practiced law for over 25 years in Thailand and across the Southeast Asia region. He is an expert in corporate and M&A, energy, tax, data protection, intellectual property, dispute resolution, anti-dumping, compliance, and antitrust matters. Jirasak has significant experience with greenfield and other project acquisitions throughout the region, and has led numerous projects involving complex cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions. Prior to joining VDB Loi, he was a senior legal executive at Siam Cement Group and PTT Group and was responsible for overseas legal and business operations, especially throughout Asia. He also formerly served as a government officer and antitrust expert for the Ministry of Commerce. Jirasak holds two master’s degrees, from Washington University, USA and Kyushu University, Japan, and a bachelor’s degree from Thammasat University, Thailand. He speaks English, Thai, and Lao.
